Company Secretary
Mo Ramzan is Company Secretary of DOL and assists the board on the corporate governance process. Mo is a qualified accountant and also holds a Masters in Business Administration.
Mo is also Finance Director of CEL Group, one of the three co-founders of DOL. CEL provides a range of services to the public sector and works closely with DOL on related markets.
Mo’s early career was in private practice where he qualified as an accountant. He left to pursue a career in industry and has held senior positions at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), working on their £200million flagship accounts with the Inland Revenue and with Hays IMS, which was a £65million subsidiary of Hays Plc.
Mo has also held the position of Group Finance Director at the Xpert Group where he was part of a team focusing on management buyout which successfully sold the business to Redstone Plc in 2005. He then took up the position of Finance Director for Redstone's ICT Business and Managed Solutions business before leaving to join CEL in August 2008.
Mo is married with two young children and when not working hard he takes time to read and play squash.
