Rob manages the Communities Programme, which is delivered by Digital Outreach on behalf of the Switchover Help Scheme. The outreach programme aims to provide information about the Help Scheme to people who are ‘hardest to reach’.
Rob previously delivered the community outreach programme in the Anglia TV region. Before joining Digital Outreach, he worked for a local authority as a Neighbourhood Investment Manager, which included community and parish planning, urban renewal, and third sector liaison and commissioning. He has also been a Community Development Manager and Housing Advisor. Rob has studied Regeneration and Sustainable Communities at Masters level at Coventry University, and is PRINCE2 project management practitioner qualified.
Rob lives in South Lincolnshire and volunteers on his Village Hall Management Committee. He has a passion for anything to do with mountains, particularly skiing and climbing.
