Lesley’s core experience has been primarily within Customer Service, developing and maintaining excellent communications with external and internal stakeholders. Employed by a locally based American owned Chemical Company for many years responsible for the management and administrative function of the Customer Service Office where she developed and trained internal processes throughout the Customer Service Department. Lesley was also a team member on the review and successful implementation of SAP.
In addition to her role in Customer Service she spent four years supporting Adult Learners in the Business Technology workshop at Tameside College of Technology on a part-time basis, gaining a City & Guilds 7307 Teaching & Training qualification.
