After eight years working as a project manager, development manager and trainer with IBM UK, Jude wanted to move into the third sector, so in 2002 became Face to Fundraising Co-ordinator for a national charity. She then moved into the not-for-profit sector, working on procurement and construction projects and then communications for WRAP, a Government funded organisation which helps individuals, businesses and local authorities to reduce waste and recycle more. Jude started with DOL in 2008 as the regional manager for West Country, Wales and the Channel Islands leading the delivery with our local partners on the digital TV switchover. She also set up the delivery of the UK Home Visit Service for the Switchover Help Scheme, working with the national charity, WRVS.
As Managing Director, Jude leads on all elements of delivery, operations and client management for DOL and Convey. Jude also leads on the project management and quality assurance systems and tools across the company, which we were delighted to receive ISO9001 accreditation for in 2011.
