What is Digital Outreach?

We believe that all people should have access to technologies that will have a positive impact on their lives, and we are dedicated to working towards a future where everyone can benefit from new developments without disadvantage, barrier or discrimination. We especially focus on assisting older and disabled people in the UK to benefit from new technologies in their homes and lives. Our current major programme of work is the Digital Switchover Community Outreach Programme.

We have been set up through a unique partnership between Age Concern, Help the Aged, Community Service Volunteers and Collective Enterprises Ltd. Digital Outreach Ltd aims to be at the forefront of helping people to use and engage with new technology in the home.

Digital Switchover

We have been commissioned by Digital UK to deliver the Digital Switchover Community Outreach Programme for the switchover from analogue to digital television.
